香港大学硕士研究生招生简章
一、学校简介
香港大学（The University of Hong Kong, 缩写HKU），简称港大。学校创办于1911年，是一所位于香港岛薄扶林的公立研究型大学。
港大与中大为当地仅有的两所综合型大学，创校以来一直采用英语教学，为世界一流大学，也是亚洲规模最大、历史最悠久的高等学府之一。全校学生总人数23033人（2012年），共有教授1114人。
二、国际声誉
->连续三年（2010/11、2011/12、2012/13）获《QS世界大学排名》评为亚洲第一，世界22-23名的大学；
->QS世界大学排名（2013/14）：世界第26位，亚洲第二，香港第一学府；
->QS亚洲大学排名（2013）：亚洲及香港第二位；
->泰晤士高等教育世界声誉排名（2013）：世界36位，亚洲第五，香港第一。

四、入学要求
（1） 已经或即将获得本科学士学位；
（2）GPA一般要求80%以上；
（3）一般语言要求雅思6（单科不低于5.5）或托福80以上，部分学院或专业要求更高，比如文学院、法学院以及新闻学专业，具体以官网为准。
五、申请时间
每年秋季入学开通时间为前一年11月-1月，多数专业录取是以先到先审理的形式，即：申请越早，录取的几率会越大。
六、留学费用
->生活费：50000RMB/年
->学费：84000-385400HK$/年（具体费用以官网为准）
